WHAT IS THE VAGUS NERVE?
The vagus nerve is the superhighway of the mind-body connection: a bundle of nerves which run from the brain all the way to the colon, touching every major organ along the way.
Practices to improve vagus nerve functioning build stress resilience, so that when you face challenges or conflict and become activated, you are able to quickly return to a healthy, balanced baseline. This in turn reduces the stress load on all the other systems of the body.
Learn how to improve the functioning of your vagus nerve.
